Common Dell problems
This page is for those looking for Dell repair — Inspiron, Latitude, or XPS — and wanting to know whether we handle the typical failures of these lines. People most often come to us with power circuits (Inspiron and Latitude not responding to the charger), overheating and fan noise, and on XPS with screen replacement and a loose USB-C connector. FixLab does not claim to be an official Dell service center unless such status is confirmed.

Diagnostics and agreement
First we check the symptom and parts compatibility: for Dell it matters to tell apart an adapter fault, a power jack, or the board's charging circuit before replacing anything. On XPS we clarify the panel version (FHD or 4K, touch or non-touch) and assess feasibility in advance, since on some XPS the screen assembly is expensive and rare. All repair options and the price are explained before parts are ordered.

Parts and compatibility
Even within Dell the parts differ greatly: XPS panels and cables do not fit Inspiron, and Latitude has its own keyboards, hinges, and service connectors for charging. That is why the availability and compatibility of a screen, battery, or power jack cannot be promised without the exact model and Service Tag. Using the tag we check the needed part in advance and avoid fitting a clearly incompatible one.
