Common HP problems
This page is for HP owners — the Pavilion, ProBook, EliteBook and Omen gaming lines. The most common HP issues are broken hinges and cracked housings, power faults (no charging, won't power on) and overheating from a dust-clogged cooling system. We handle this brand's typical malfunctions, but FixLab is not an official service center unless such status is confirmed.

Diagnostics and agreement
First we pin down the symptom — whether it's the hinges and housing, the power circuit, overheating, or the display. For Omen overheating we suggest thermal paste replacement and cooling cleanup, and for Pavilion and ProBook power faults — diagnostics of the charging jack or the board. If a part is rare or repair is not cost-effective, this is discussed before ordering.

Parts and compatibility
Across HP models the screens, keyboards, batteries, hinges and charging connectors differ — Pavilion, EliteBook and Omen don't share the same parts. Beyond parts replacement we also install Windows, for instance after a cleanup or board repair. Therefore availability and compatibility cannot be promised without the exact model.
